Renoa is a 17-year old Senior High School student and a consistent academic achiever, who dreams of reaching far-flung communities in the Philippines in her advocacy to provide equal and accessible quality education to Filipino children. Her long-term vision gave birth to Set Forth Philippines. At a very young age, she was able to raise 1M+ worth of donations for the less privileged families and kids and was able to build and capacitate a committed corps and network of young volunteers and leaders with a strong sense of purpose to contribute to national development. Evident to her relentless pursuit and dedication to personal growth and social responsibility, her salient achievements include MAGIS Leadership Awardee, Generosity Awardee for 9 years, and a recipient of various awards and citations from her school competitions. Renoa also exemplified remarkable leadership and commendable volunteerism works in her experiences becoming the Project Head for Echavez Apartments’ Feasibility Studies, Co-organizer and Marketing Director for TEDx in Cebu International School, Co-founder and Creative Director for Soltura Philippines, School Paper Writer, and Graphics Head for Dragon’s Print, and two certificates of Completion from Columbia Summer Immersion Program.

He is recognized as one of the 2020 Cambridge’s Most Dedicated Teacher awardees, recipient of the Don Ramon Aboitiz Leadership Excellence Award last 2016, and became a Delegate to the 5th Young Minds on eXplore (YMXS) in Netherlands and Belgium.

John is an Industrial Engineer by profession, a Catechist, and a champion for the youth who is passionate for quality education and community participation. He is notable in his concrete and credible works for a cause and partnerships which accorded him with merits being the 2017 Outstanding UNESCO Club Youth Leader in the Philippines, 2017 Outstanding Cebu City Youth Leader, and a Delegate to the 4th Cebu Young Leaders’ Summit, National Young Leaders’ Conference (NYLC) last 2018, and Nestle’s Management Immersion Leadership Excellence (MILE) last 2017.
